Welcome to Stellar Dominion (hereinafter "the Game"), developed and published by Enoxys ("we", "our"). Protecting personal data is a priority. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By downloading or using Stellar Dominion, you agree to the practices described herein.

2. Data We Collect

2.3 Game Data Stored Locally

Your game progress (colonies, resources, fleets, research, equipment, achievements) is stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. Data remains on the device unless backed up via Game Center cloud saves.

2.4 Game Center Data

When signed into Game Center, the following data is processed by Apple:

2.5 In-App Purchase Data

Apple StoreKit exclusively processes in-app purchases. We do not collect or store any payment information (credit card, Apple ID, billing address). We only receive transaction confirmation (product identifier, date) to activate features.

2.6 Usage Statistics (Internal Measurement)

In addition to Firebase, the game sends a small number of gameplay events to our own servers, so we can understand where new players run into difficulties: tutorial steps completed or skipped, session start and length, main screens opened, level-ups, first colony, first expedition, first alliance, ads watched (placement only) and purchases (product identifier and currency, without amount or payment information). Each event carries its date, the app version, the system (iOS or Android) and the commander level.

These events are linked only to the technical identifier of your game on our servers: no advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), no nickname, no free text, and your IP address is not stored with them. They are pseudonymised data within the meaning of the GDPR. They are never sold or shared with advertising partners, and are only used to produce aggregated statistics.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (improving the game). Retention: 180 days, then deletion. Opt-out: Settings > Privacy > Usage statistics. Once this setting is turned off, no further events are collected, and any events waiting on your device are deleted without being sent. This setting is independent of advertising consent.

All ads are optional. The Game is fully playable without watching any ads.

With ATT authorization, AdMob uses the IDFA for personalized ads. Otherwise, only non-personalized ads are displayed.
