Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
1. In one sentence
Fracture collects no personal data. The game runs entirely offline, with no account, no advertising, no analytics and no server. Nothing you do in the game leaves your device.
2. What the game stores, and where
Your progress (messages shown, choices made, documents received, settings) is saved in a local file inside the app's private storage on your device. This file is never transmitted to anyone. Deleting the app deletes the file.
3. Notifications
If you allow it, the game schedules local notifications to let you know when Lucas writes back after a wait. These notifications are created and displayed by your device itself; no remote notification service is used. You can turn them off in the game's options or in your phone's settings.
4. What we do not do
- No usage, session or device data is collected.
- No advertising identifier is read; no ads are shown.
- No in-app purchases, no payment data.
- No sharing with third parties, since nothing is collected.
- No network connection is required to play.
5. App stores
Downloads go through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which apply their own privacy policies and may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (downloads per country, for instance). We have no access to any information that could identify a person.
6. Children
Fracture deals with crime themes (a death, an investigation) and is intended for players aged 12 and over. Since the game collects no data, no children's data is processed.
7. Your rights
As no personal data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. To erase your local data, uninstall the app. For any question, write to us.
8. Changes
Should a future version of the game collect data (anonymous choice statistics, for instance), this policy would be updated before that version is released and the store listing would say so.
