1. Acceptance

By installing or using Fracture (the "Game"), you agree to these terms. The Game is published by ENOXYS, 4 rue de la Ouatose, 38420 Domène, France.

2. The Game

Fracture is a narrative detective game for iPhone and Android. The player, a former colleague of private detective Lucas Veyrier, helps him remotely reopen a closed case, through a messaging interface, evidence to read and choices that steer the investigation. The Game is fiction: places, people and events are invented.

The Game is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. It requires neither an account nor an Internet connection. It may evolve, be modified or be withdrawn from the stores at any time.

3. Age

The Game deals with crime themes and is intended for players aged 12 and over, in line with its rating on the app stores.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Decompiling it, extracting its content (texts, illustrations, sounds) for redistribution, or presenting it as your own work is prohibited. Screenshots and gameplay videos for sharing, reviewing or content creation are welcome.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, its story, characters, texts, illustrations and name are the property of ENOXYS. The bundled fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

6. Saved progress

Progress is saved locally on your device. ENOXYS can neither read nor restore it. Uninstalling the Game erases the save.

7. Warranty and liability

The Game is provided "as is". ENOXYS does not warrant that it is error-free and shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not settled amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction.
